I had no idea something like this was available till I ordered this one by Gourmia, It has been great cooking with it. I have used vacuum packs for a long time but I like that I can cook like a pro with the Sous Vide Cooker. The machine is easy to use as you clip the pod onto the pot , fill with water and the power button will have to be pressed for 5 second to turn on. Adjust the temperature to desired temp on screen, press set. I like that the clip on the machine is a soft rubber so it won't scratch your pans. The finish is a pretty black and it is packaged as not to damage it during delivery.
