Awesome chair, I love how soft the leather is. I was needing a new office chair for my desk at home and the high back bonded leather swivel office chair was the best I could find. Contoured lumbar provides exceptional support for the lower back. I can't quite reach the floor when it's lowered all the way down but I am a smaller figured woman but the chair is so comfortable you could almost lay back in it and take a nap. It has a Sturdy Nylon base and high-quality Nylon casters that roll very well. The chair is not assembled but it is easy to put together and all the pieces were there, I have not complaints about this chair.
